A £30 consultation fee is charged per appointment. No booking will be secured until deposit has been paid. Deposits are strictly non-refundable. If you wish to rearrange your appointment and more than 3 full days notice has been given, you can do so free of charge. If you wish to rearrange your appointment and less than 3 full days notice has been given, your £30 deposit will be lost and you will be required to pay another £30 deposit to secure your next booking. If you cancel 24 hours before your appointment you will be required to pay for your full treatment. If you cancel on the day of your appointment, do not turn up or fail to tell us you will not be attending, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment you was booked in for.

Any payments made for courses, vouchers or offers are completely non-refundable. In cases of medical contraindications, the value may be transferred onto a voucher to be used against an alternative treatment.
